If the items you received are damaged, different or not working, you will be protected by this guarantee.
- Within 5 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video showing the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement
- We will review your claim and contact you if we need more information
- If approved, we will arrange a refund or a replacement of the defective product, and you may be asked to return it. We will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return its content to us within 15 days after its delivery date. A full refund is only issued if the item is returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We will arrange a refund of the price you paid minus the shipping fees after receiving it.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
- Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, war, pandemics, public holidays and customs issues.
- Uninsured orders that are lost or stolen.
- Delays in delivery caused by any other reason outside of our control.
For the item if you need return, please contact customer service beforehand. We will not be responsible for any returned item without advance notification.
